Welcum to what our friend (who sez he got a diploma) calls a User Agreement.  We’re really wantin to operate this place with complete honesty and integrity.  It ain’t much to ask everybody to act that way.  These is our terms if you want to have fun around here.

First, if you use this site, that’s enough to settle the questun that you agree to the terms of this agreement.  You promise to act by the law, be totally honest and don’t mislead anybody.  We don’t allow any profanity or anything obscene or pornographic on the site.  If fact, we don’t allow anything that might be harmful to any kid or anybody else and we will decide what that means.  If we think it’s not right, we’ll take it off.  And another thing, everybody here’s the same so don’t treat nobody different thinkin they are.  We don’t like that.

We expect you won’t do something that would get us in trouble with the law.  The Sheriff and his folks are good people and there’s no reason why we can’t all get along with em.

Anybody can use our site.  If you buy or sell something, you will abide by the law in everything you do between you and the person you bought or sold from or to and keep your promise with them and do everything right by them.  If you have any problem dealing with somebody, you’ll have to deal with them direct or call the sheriff cause this place is just for folks to meet.  We don’t do the sellin ourselves and we can’t so we don’t make any promises about somebody else’s behavior or their stuff.  If you get into a feud with anybody just take it out to the street and don’t swing at us.

Everything on this site is for horse and rodeo lovin people.  If you register so you can enter things on the Calendar or become a member for anything else, we want you to know that the stuff you enter for registration is just so we can keep things going honest around here.  It’s private and we’re going to keep it that way.  If you see something that bothers you, you promise to let us know and give us a chance to fix it before you go do anything crazy.
